Oreo muffins

This recipe is taken from the Hummingbird Bakery Home Sweet Home book so I won't write it here but rest assured it will make these amazing muffins. As Hummingbird is based on American baking rather than traditional British baking they will come out huge with a lovely moist chocolate sponge and Oreo flavoured icing.... yum.
