Lesson learned:
Banana bread with dark muscovado sugar instead of brown sugar - doesn't taste as amazing as I'd hoped. So much for just using whatever I could find in the cupboard. Looks pretty impressive though...
Unfortunately, it just tastes a bit too treacley and you cant really taste the banana. Never mind! Next time I make banana bread, I'll actually go out and buy some appropriate sugar.
I'm sure I can get rid of it at work tomorrow. Cake can always be disposed of by taking to any NHS department!
